This fish dinner can be prepared for a group of four in record time, a big bonus.

– One or two nights before: Make the summer berry pudding. Or, even easier, make the berry mixture only and serve it over ice cream.

– Thirty minutes before: Slice the cucumbers and celery. This can also be done the night before; wrap them in separate plastic bags and refrigerate.

– Fifteen minutes before: Mix the glaze for the fish, brush it on and begin cooking the fish. Cook the vegetables.

– The menu is equally good hot or at room temperature.
