Construction is underway on the 62-house first phase of Crystal Woods Estates, a development of semicustom single-family houses in northwest suburban Crystal Lake.
Six floor plans are available, ranging in price from $168,700 to $231,400. ”We can customize homes within those floor plans,” said James Proctor, project manager for Waterford Group, the Algonquin-based developer building Crystal Woods Estates.
Waterford is planning a second phase of about 60 homes. The 185-acre development features minimum one-acre homesites. Wooded and waterfront homesites are available.
All the plans have four bedrooms and two-car attached garages. The six are:
– The Lismore, priced from $206,900, a two-story, 2,762-square-foot English Tudor design that offers a two-story foyer, living room with a fireplace, 2 1/2 baths and a whirlpool tub.
– The Innisfail, 3,090-square-foot trilevel with two baths, den and a laundry room on the lower level, priced from $199,900.
– The Alana, priced from $188,900, a ranch with two baths and an oversized two-car garage. With 2,460 square feet, it features cathedral ceilings in the living room, family room and master bedroom.
– The Ashling, a two-story Colonial, priced from $168,500, with 2,436 square feet that includes 2 1/2 baths and a two-story foyer.
– The Powerscourt, priced from $231,400, a two-story, 3,584-square-foot Georgian featuring a two-story entry, master suite with whirlpool bath, 2 1/2 baths and a first-floor library off the living room.
