Leo B. Belawich, 65, co-founder of Bel-Tronic Corp., died Thursday in Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood. In 1953, Mr. Belawich helped found the Bel-Tronic Corp., a maker of electronic components with facilities in Addison and Flora, Ill. He served as a director and secretary-treasurer of the firm until his death. Mr. Belawich, a 40-year resident of Westchester, was a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology. He was a 1st lieutenant in World War II, and received the Purple Heart. He is survived by his wife, Elsymae; two daughters, Laurie Arnswald and Linda; a son, Lee; and two grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Episcopal Church of St. Dunstan of Canterbury, 1401 Newcastel Ave., Westchester.
