I think the opposite is going to be very true as an end result of this insurance plan.
As a person who has been a victim of ”white flight” several times in his life, I would say that fear of declining property values is the greatest one that whites have in a changing area.
Take away that fear and you have one less tool that real estate
”speculators” can use against whites in a changing area.
