Nortran bus Route 214 has added a stop at the Chicago Botanic Garden, on Lake-Cook Road in Glencoe.
Route 214 runs between the Davis Street elevated station in Evanston and Northbrook Court shopping center in Northbrook.
”With a major cultural attraction such as the Botanic Garden in our service area, we thought it would be a major benefit . . . to the many residents who can now reach this outstanding facility using Nortran serice,” said Timothy J. Doron, executive director of the bus carrier.
