Services for Bert A. Madsen, 65, a lifelong resident of Blue Island, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in the chapel at 13050 Greenwood Ave., Blue Island. Mr. Madsen died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital, Blue Island, following a fall while working. He was the owner of Madsen Heating and Cooling Co., Blue Island. He is survived by his son, Kirby.
