Services for Jack Perlstein, 73, a longtime Chicago tailor, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel at 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Mr. Perlstein, who died Tuesday in John F. Kennedy Medical Center, worked for the Wilson Garment Co. in Chicago and was a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. He is survived by two sisters, Adeline Becker and Esther Solowey.
