Shareholders of De Kalb Corp. approved changing the company`s name to De Kalb Energy Go., effective Tuesday. Also approved was distribution of common stock in the company`s spinoffs, De Kalb Genetics Corp. and Pride Petroleum Service Inc. The renamed De Kalb Energy will be based in Denver, and will continue to focus on oil and gas exploration and development in North America. De Kalb Genetics Corp. will be headquartered in De Kalb.
