The Tribune`s excellent, well-written series ”Chicago: Politics of Poverty” provided well-documented examples of how the so-called leaders of the city create situations that clearly serve their own political interests.
As was stated many times by many politicians, ”Chicago is a city of neighborhoods.” This sampling of Chicago`s worst neighborhoods and the leaders who determine their future provided enough reason for any taxpayer to find refuge in the suburbs.
