I think this flap over Dan Quayle`s National Guard duty is ridiculous!
I flew 168 combat missions in Vietnam. He served in the Guard. Both fine, honorable pursuits.
What I care about is where Quayle stands on today`s issues: budget, Central America, defense, jobs, trade, arms conrol, taxes, etc. . . .
In my opinion, he`s right on these issues!
