Services for Sidney Alexander, 89, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Temple Anshe Sholom, 20820 S. Western Ave., Olympia Fields. He died Wednesday in St. James Hospital Medical Center, Chicago Heights. Mr. Alexander is the retired owner of Alexander Racing Stables in Frankfort, Ill., and was chairman of the board of South Chicago Packing Co. Mr. Alexander is survived by 2 sons, Michael and Robert; a daughter, Norma Henry; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister.
