Westchester Club, a development of 71 luxury townhouses in west suburban Westchester, has opened three furnished models.
Twenty-eight of the homes already have been sold, according to Elaine Sulko, director of sales for Robert C. Ranquist & Co., the developer.
The three home designs are:
– The Avery, a 2,450-square-foot ranch offering two bedrooms, two baths and a loft. It is priced from $319,500.
– The Braeburne, priced from $322,500, is a 2,400-square-foot, two-story home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
– The Chelmsford, a 2,450-square-foot Cape Cod, has three bedrooms, 2 1/ 2 baths and is priced from $339,500.
The homes include a full basement, two-car attached garage, security system, central air conditioning, carpeting, custom kitchen cabinets, wood vinyl-clad insulating windows, deluxe kitchen appliance package and a gas-forced air furnace.
The Westchester Club sales center is at 26th Street and Wolf Road in Westchester.
