One of the classic wine books of all time is ”The Frank Schoonmaker Encyclopedia.” Now it has been revised by another expert, writer Alexis Bespaloff, and the new edition by Morrow is available in bookstores for $22.95. Bespaloff will be in Chicago to sign copies of the book from 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Evanston`s First Liquors, Evanston, from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday at Schaefer`s, Skokie, and from 12 to 2 p.m. Sunday at Foodstuffs, Glencoe. He also will conduct a wine tasting at Roosevelt University, 430 S. Michigan Ave., from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Monday. Tasting cost is $25 per person or $35 per couple. For reservations, call 341-386.
