In response to your recent article ”Drivers get steered in the right direction in new traffic school.” What a good idea! I feel a four-hour class will be more beneficial to the offender than a 30-minute movie or just court supervision. Court supervision is another way of saying: As long as the violator pays the money, we don`t care if the law is broken. What is learned by that?
A 30-minute movie with little supervision can easily be ignored or not watched. But a four-hour class! Something could be learned. The more effort that is put forth, the more that is gained. Is that not what school is for?
