Metropolitan Structures of Chicago signed a partnership agreement with CSX Realty Inc. and Quadrangle Development Corp. of Washington, D.C., for joint development of a 5.6-acre site owned by CSX Realty at Second and ”F”
Streets in Washington adjacent to the recently renovated Union Station complex. The area may be developed with up to 1 million square feet of office and related space.
