Bond was increased to $2 million Monday for an ex-convict who is charged with sexually assaulting two women in elevators in downtown buildings and robbing a third. Cook County Criminal Court Judge Robert Bastone said he couldn`t leave Donald Williams` bond at $750,000 ”in good conscience.”

Williams, 31, on parole for burglary, is accused of attacking three women at gunpoint in three separate incidents in downtown elevators in a five-day period earlier this month, according to Assistant State`s Atty. Maryanne Mlikotic.
