A joint venture among three Japanese companies will bring 200 jobs and a $60 million plant to Scottsburg, Ind. Kokoku Wire Industries Corp. plans to begin production of steel cords for steel-belted radial tires in Scottsburg by 1991. The trading companies Nichimen Corp. and Kanematshu Corp. will join Kokoku.
