It`s a sin to distort the facts. Lynn Lawson`s letter that appeared recently charging many cosmetics are unsafe was inaccurate to say the least.
U.S. Rep. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) held hearings, he did not testify to anything. He never stated ”a thousand chemicals used in cosmetics were reported as … toxic.” To the contrary, it was shown that the cosmetics available to the public today are safer than the orange juice we drink and many of the drugs we use.
I state this because I was at the hearings and testified.
