– Barrington`s Kurt Brown, a junior at Kent School in Connecticut, was selected the Western New England Division I Prep School player of the month for January. It was only the second time the award had been given to a goaltender and the first time it had been given to a junior. Brown was selected Kent`s MVP this season and will be captain of next year`s team.
