Mitsubishi Motors Corp. has developed a system that can be used to unlock a car door without a key and automatically adjust the positions of the steering wheel, seat and mirrors. The Mitsubishi Intelligent Cockpit System is activated by a signal sent by a pocket-size device that doubles as a key holder. By pushing a button on the device, the car door unlocks and the driver`s seat, mirrors and steering wheel adjust to positions programmed in advance by the driver.
