Henri Bendel, the New York-based high-fashion women`s clothing store, expects to open its long-planned North Michigan Avenue store Aug. 22, said Susan Falk, newly named president of the retail chain. The store had been scheduled to open more than a year ago at 900 N. Michigan Ave.
