Noting the recent busing incident in Chicago wherein the bus driver is alleged to have taped the mouths of five disabled children, I am flabbergasted at the lack of comprehensive screening of school bus drivers. The school boards must make it a mandatory policy and enforce it rigorously wherein all school bus drivers are required to be psychologically screened prior to hiring.
