The City of Chicago has announced plans to fatally poison the rat population. I am stunned by the silence of the animal activist group PETA
(People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).
PETA could offer to pay a bounty for each precious live rat captured, and then relocate the rats in Australia.
After all, PETA`s philosophy is ”a rat is a pig is a dog is a boy!”
