Hats off to the H.J. Heinz Co. for finally agreeing to stop buying and selling tuna caught in the infamous purse-seine nets. Although this change in policy is many years overdue, it`s comforting to know that Heinz is now working toward the restoration of our oceans` beleaguered dolphin populations.
