These Brussels sprouts are light and very easy to fix.
SAVORY BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 8 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 pound Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, cut in half lengthwise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1. Heat the chicken broth to simmering. Add the Brussels sprouts and simmer, covered, until tender and the broth has evaporated, about 7 to 8 minutes.
2. Add the mustard and stir until the sprouts are coated. Serve immediately.
