BUSINESS OPTIMISM UP: International business optimism turned up in the second quarter, after three consecutive quarters of decreasing expectations, according to Dun & Bradstreet Corp.`s latest survey of nearly 10,000 business executives in 12 countries. Overall, business executives expect higher second- quarter sales and profits, while expectations for increases in selling prices and employment remain largely unchanged from the first quarter.
