Your article on the Bears dome greatly disturbed me-and I hope many people in Illinois.
How we, the taxpayers, can even consider an enormous sum of money for the ”Bear Dome” defies me in light of the many problems facing the governments of both Illinois and the United States. Before we spend our money for a new facility for the Bears, let`s educate our children and protect our environment.
If McCaskey wants a dome, let him and his season ticket holders pay for it.
