Charles T. Kramer, 97, a Chicago attorney for more than 65 years, died Saturday in Dallas. Retiring as an attorney 10 years ago, Mr. Kramer had lived in Dallas the last seven years. He is survived by two daughters, Muriel Eisenstein and Maxine Lipschultz; a sister; a brother; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Piser Weinstein Menorah Chapels, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
