Nick Anast, 64, a former Chicago restaurant owner and factory manager, died Wednesday in his Tampa home. Mr. Anast, a native of Chicago, owned a restaurant for many years before he sold the business. He became production control manager for the John Gillen Co., a manufacturer of screw machine products in Cicero, in 1974. He retired in 1981 because of illiness and moved to Tampa in 1985. He was a Army sergeant during World War II. He is survived by two brothers. No services will be held.
