Peoria mall rehab: The Tucker Cos., a Northbrook retail development firm, and PR-Sheridan Inc., a subsidiary of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, acquired Sheridan Village, a 300,000-square-foot shopping center in Peoria. The two plan to spend some $2 million renovating the center.
