Just returned from a trip to Minneapolis. Enjoyed driving on the Minnesota and Wisconsin freeways.
It`s a shame that as soon as we began traveling on the Illinois toll roads we had to pay for the privilege of using roads that were one-lane obstacle courses with the speed limit reduced to 45.
When toll roads are in this condition, there should not be a charge for using them.
