Twenty-seven original Alaska seafood recipes will be offered free this month by Chicago`s Fine Dining Association. Alaska salmon, halibut, pollock, cod, snow crab, dungeness crab, king crab and canned salmon, created by Chicago`s top restaurant chefs are among recipes featured.

Participating restaurants include Arnie`s, Biggs, Chestnut Street Grill, L`Escargot, House of Hunan, Nick`s Fishmarket, the Pump Room and Zaven`s.
