Harold E. Gates, 93, died Sunday at Hyde Park Hospital. Mr. Gates was a vice president for Moody`s Investor Services for 30 years. A graduate of Harvard University, Mr. Gates served in the Navy in World War I. He is survived by a daughter, Lois Roberts, and a son, John. Services will be private.
