As I walked along North State Parkway recently and took a good look at Cardinal Bernardin`s home, I thought: This place has either got to go or undergo complete remodeling. The overall impression is one of gloom, darkness and depression. This could be a movie set for Poe`s ”The Fall of the House of Usher.”
