Dr. James H. Johnson, 68, an allergist on Lake Shore Drive and in the suburbs, died Wednesday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where he had served on the staff. Dr. Johnson, of Kenilworth, was recently honored by Northwestern University Medical School for his 35 years on the faculty there. He was a graduate of the State University of New York-Buffalo Medical Center. Survivors include: his wife, Dr. Eloise; a daughter, Toni; a son, James; and his mother, Theodora Serra. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Kenilworth Union Church, 211 Kenilworth Ave., Kenilworth.
