Martin Kramer, 73, retired president of Skil-Craft Corp. and a counselor with SCORE (the Service Corps of Retired Executives), died Tuesday in Highland Park. Mr. Kramer, who became president of Skil-Craft in 1974, retired from the company in 1976. Survivors include his wife, Anne; three daughters, Darlene Grossman, Marcia Simon and Sandy Wiczer; a sister; and eight grandchildren. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at B`nai Torah, 2789 Oak St., Highland Park.
