The newly appointed administrative librarian for the Roselle Public Library District, Dianne S. Lueder, says she will not pursue another tax referendum in the coming year.
The district has failed in its last four attempts to pass a tax increase by referendum. It is currently running a deficit estimated at $21,000 in its corporate fund.
