K.E. ”Bob” Ball, 74, a retired insurance man, died Tuesday in his home in Sioux Falls, S.D. He is survived by a daughter, Stevie, an owner of The Ball Group, a showroom in the Merchandise Mart, and two sisters. Services will be held Friday in Sioux Falls.
