Cineplex, ex-execs settle: Theater operator Cineplex Odeon Corp. and two former executives, Garth Drabinsky and Myron Gottlieb, reached a settlement in their dispute over the sale of Cineplex`s former live theater division to the two men. As a result, all related litigation will be discontinued. Terms weren`t disclosed, but Cineplex said it will have no material impact on financial results.
