John G. Fitzpatrick, 73, an Oak Lawn resident and a retired electrician, died Tuesday in St. Francis Hospital, Blue Island. Mr. Fitzpatrick worked for many years as an electrician for Witco Chemical Corp. Survivors include his wife, Eleanor; two daughters, Jacqueline Smith and Joan Quigley; a son, James; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St., Oak Lawn. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Gerald Catholic Church, 9349 S. Central Ave., Oak Lawn.
