GE Transportation Systems of Erie, Pa., has received a 3-year, $200 million contract from CSX Transportation Inc. to build 150 locomotives. The agreement calls for the delivery of 50 locomotives each year from 1991 to 1993. The order is for GE`s newest, 4,000-horsepower, six-axle Dash 8-40C locomotive.
