C. Irvan Cochran, 70, died Saturday in Evanston Hospital. Mr. Cochran was the president and founder of C. Irvan Cochran Village Real Estate Co. in Skokie. Mr. Cochran is survived by his wife, Sally. Visitation will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday until services at 8 p.m. in Donnellan-Fitzgerald-Franklin Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd., Skokie.
