Coniston UAL unit dissolved: As expected, Condor Partners, the investment vehicle established by Coniston Partners to hold what at its peak was an 11.8 percent stake in UAL Corp., was liquidated. Condor`s remaining 2.39 million UAL shares were distributed Thursday to its investors, no one of whom received more than a 5 percent UAL stake. According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Condor sold 186,400 UAL shares between Nov. 6 and last Monday at prices ranging from $97 to $100 a share.
