Frank J. Klavinski III, 66, a roofer and former Northwest Side resident, died Nov. 17 in his home in Hillsboro, Ore. Mr. Klavinski moved to Oregon eight years ago. He is survived by four sons, Stephen, Frank IV, Daniel, and Ronald; two daughters, Susan Wagner, and Lynne; a sister; 12 grandchildren;
three great-grandchildren. Services were held Monday in Hillsboro.
