The Tribune`s chief correspondent in South Africa, Howard Witt, should be recalled for untruthful reporting. I have always doubted his accuracy, but with a blatantly ridiculous statement such as ”A white South African may spend his whole life without ever seeing a black person,” (Tribune, Nov. 18) he really blew it.
