Seniors and disabled citizens have until midnight Dec. 31, to apply for 1989 Circuit Breaker and Pharmaceutical Assistance.
The Circuit Breaker program gives citizens a tax rebate.
The Pharmaceutical Assistance program provides free medication for heart disease, arthritis and diabetes.
Eligible persons may apply for both programs on one application form.
Applications can be obtained from any Department of Revenue office or by calling the department toll-free at 1-800-732-8866.
