General Motors Corp.`s Buick Motor Division announced the extension of sales incentives for most 1990 and 1991 models through April 7. These include rebates or special finance rates from General Motors Acceptance Corp., GM`s financing arm, ranging from 4.9 to 10.9 percent, depending on the length of the contract. Rebates are available for all 1990 and 1991 Buicks except Park Avenue, Park Avenue Ultra and Estate Wagon.
