Nicholas J. Kaster`s letter about business editor William Neikirk`s unfailing ability to be dead wrong on American economic policy hit the nail on the head.

The letter also reminded me that several years ago Mr. Neikirk wrote a year-end column listing many of the errors and misjudgments he had made during the preceding year. I`d like to see him do another column like that-even if it requires an extra section in the Sunday paper.
