First and foremost, I am against all of the madness in the Persian Gulf. By all accounts Saddam Hussein may be a brutal dictator; but the average U.S. citizen has no idea what this war is about, only what we have been told.

We as a nation are bragging about our high-tech weapons of destruction, just as the first man who picked up a rock and crushed another man`s skull bragged about what he did. Two peas in a pod, Saddam and George.

About the captured airmen: My heart bleeds for them, and it`s good propaganda. But I have seen a better job done on someone by some Chicago policemen who got off scot free.
