Somerset Manor-a fully-furnished, 10-room exhibit-is designed by Maurice Mandle & Co., the largest furniture showroom in the Midwest. Based at the Merchandise Mart, the wholesaler is usually open only to the trade. Another first: The ”dream home” is accessorized by the Museum Shop at the Art Institute of Chicago. The show closes today (hours: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.). Tickets are $7 ($3 for children).
